Finished Beyond the Dark Portal - Tried too hard to shove whole bunch of WOW characters into the book. Everything came out underdeveloped.

The Thief of Always - Barker has some great imagery between the horrific and the fantastic but thought the main character was kind of 2-dimensional.

His Majesty's Dragon - Just started on this. Kinda convenient that the dragon can speak English right out of the egg.

I just finished Toll the Hounds by Steven Erikson two days ago on my weekend in paris, it was kinda slow but with an epic crazy ass ending. I loved it as I did all the books in the Malazan Tale of the Fallen series.

I'm currently reading The Bonehunters, so I'm like two books behind you. Currently reading through the Siege of Y'Ghatan (what Leoman of the Flails does here -
