Heh. I never play any musical instruments whenever I have guests over, unless the guests are other musicians who want to do an impromptu jam session.

Nah- I don't play for guests either. I'm too much the introvert.

Most of my guests had zero interest in musical instruments, and are not particularly impressed by musicians or rock stars these days.

Many people eventually get over being "starstruck" by musicians and/or celebrity types. Seems kinda sad for a 40 or 50 year old to be seeking attention or approval, from a bunch of anonymous starstruck teenagers or early twenty-somethings.
