I see a Jump Calculator on the main page. This is what I use to calculate my Jumps (which are quite often):
The number along the top is the distance, and the number below is the DC.
This table is for a 6' tall character with a base speed of 40' and the feat Mental Leap. I think I've got it figured out correctly.
