June 08 lvl 1 Campaign starters: What lvl are you now?

If you started your D&D 4th edition campaign on or shortly after the June 08 release date, AND your group started at level 1:

What is your group's level now?


Has anyone hit Paragon yet? Epic? And who will be the farthest and thereby win this thread?????

We're 3rd, getting close to 4th. Not quite done with KotS, although I think we're pretty far.

We did have a wipe the first time we fought Irontooth, and (nearly) wiped when we fought him the second time, so that probably held us back just a tad.

We started on the 11th of June, but had 3 weeks off, because the DM (me) was in Crete. The players are just about halfway between 3rd and 4th level, although they almost suffered a TPK last time, which set them back. Else they would be close to 4th level.

We're in the beginnings of 3rd. We average 2-3 games a month with our 4e group.

We startet 2 weeks after the release. So far, we played 9 sessions and the group is about half way through 3rd level.

I was expecting a faster advencement rate and have since the beginning made some changes. Since then, we are on track with our 1 level every 3 sessions goal. (I doubled quest XP and reduced monster HP slightly.)

We've played every week, sometimes twice a week, but in 2 or three different games.

3rd level just under 3000xp after around 10 sessions each about 3 hours long on Tuesday every week, according to our DM we're near the end of the Keep

3rd after 7 or 8 sessions of variable length and slightly iregular timing. But I started outside Winterhaven and there was a random encounter and a kobold encounter before the initial Kobold ambush when the party sentries spotted some kobold scouts watching them.

4th lvl. Finished KotS and web expansions.

My players hit 3rd level last session, with pretty much weekly games (a couple of weeks have been "off weeks") and about 4 hours on average of play time per session.
