Finished Red Dead Redemption. I won't say it's perfect; there were a lot of glitches and the story is essentially a semi-railroad, and I thought there would be more duels, particularly the big showdowns with the bounty that you're hunting (though I have to say the duelling system is kinda confusing). The story only really comes into its own in the third act, and you have to do some

Still I enjoyed it. I won't go back to get all the outfits, but a solid 8/10.

Well, I was playing Tropico 3. Enjoyable enough for what it was but wasn't quite what I was hoping for and I tired of it. Played a bit of Pirates! again thinking I might stick with it long enough to actually rescue my relative... but no. Dove headlong into Diablo2 again thinking I might actually finish it, too, but as in the past got VERY tired of banging my head REPEATEDLY against bosses in order to progress.

Then I got an itch and reactivated City of Heroes. All my old toons were still there after 9 months but I started a new character and despite the GHOST TOWN that is CoH these days I got onto a couple pick-up teams. Still a problem with people using AE just for farm missions. UGH! I think the dreadfully low population may have made some people a bit more tolerant of PUG's though. Still soloing a lot but enjoying the new dual-pistols powerset. I guess I'll see how long I stick with it but I think it would help a lot if they just bit the bullet and combined a few servers.
