Tumbling is movement and prevents you from getting a full attack.

and does minor cloak of displacement count as moving for skirmish reasons? i was always wondering about teleport counting for skirmish damage.

Teleport, yes. A magical item that distorts your outline, no.

travel devotion lets you move your speed as a free action, and tumble is part of a move action so i can get a full with all my damage stacking but only first attack would be flatfooted. or dual strike, but after i read that it doesn't seem as good as i originally thought.

and boots of displacement(or some other item) i can look in the MIC and find something to teleport me 10-20 feet as a free action to get a full attack and skirmish damage. thank you that's a big freaking help.
