While researching a project for my job, I stumbled across something wonderful: MIT's OpenCourseWare:

Lectures, study materials and bibliographies for several courses in several departments, some with video or audio components. Lots of good stuff in there!

Yup, we open up most of our courses to people everywhere. and if you're at a partner university, you can sometimes even get lecture videos for even more classes. MIT is awesome that way!
