OK, she's not JK Rowling, but judging by a quick look at amazon.com her teen vampire novels doing pretty darn well! Her name is Kimberly Pauley, and I just found out today about her authorialness. She discusses playing in the first two sessions of our "Dungeon Crawl Classics: Punjar Saga" 4e game here:

Thank you for your advice, oh wise one. My work involves teaching everyone from Saudi princes to hopefully-reformed gang bangers, so I have plenty of experience treating everyone equally. Anyway, I'm not the GM, just a fellow player.

I asked her permission before I posted here. I'm not planning to make a deal about it at the table. It's not really that big a deal, but it is one of the fun things about living in London, that you meet so many interesting (and sometimes famous) people; like a real-life princess, or the guy who designed a multi-hundred-million-dollar video game engine. Or me.
