For the last few weeks I have been taping JLU on Cartoon Network at 9 and 9:30 Central (Saturday is game night.) Last night it wasn't on, any one know if its been moved or if this was a one night thing?

Wasn't on, they had to make room for anime, Bobobo bobobo bobo

At least now I can win any argument where people try to defend anime by just showing them that crap.

TV.com has the next JLU episode, the one I'd been waiting for all week where we see the entire Flash Rogue's Gallery... listed as playing Jan 1. That's right. Someone needs to have some heads roll at Cartoon Network. How I long for the says before the 80's writer's strike when a show started at a certain date, ran consequtively through save for Thanksgiving and Christmas, then repeated once during the summer.

False, just because some animes are acid inspired explorations of psychosis doesn't mean all are. Some rock some don't. That'd be like saying all American TV is crap based on the reality TV show "My Baby's Daddy" about a woman interviewing men to see who will be her sperm donor, Shudder

Geez, that's a long wait. But...

The Central City Rogues, en force? Awesome! This is what I've been waiting for!

ACK! Well thanks Wayne. Don't you love it how Cartoon Network warns people when they do these things?

:\ Cartoon Network frequently makes me angry. I liked the back-to-back slots for Teen Titans and JLU. Not to mention the way they keep moving Inu-Yasha around so I can never watch it because it comes on too late...

This is the new "split season" paradigm. A lot of the cable netowrks re-run half the season from October to January. That way, while the major networks, which, despite our geeky self-assurance, the likes of Sci-Fi and cartoon network simply cannot compete with are showing re-runs, we have new material. And vice versa. Their new JLU doesn't die in the advertising pull-out because it can't compare ratings to whatever is on CBS or ABC.
