Well, what you need them to do is another product where they reprint KotD comics without the right to do so. This would certainly give Kenzer a headstart in the price negotiations....
 








The most amazing thing about this thread is not that it was ad-bot-necroed after twelve years of hibernation, but that it is a Kalamar thread from 2004 that I don't seem to have participated in!

I still have a soft spot for Kalamar. It has my favoritist of game-world pantheons, I love the campaign book style and depth, and I'm still a little bitter that Dangerous Denizens and the Villain Design Handbook were not OGL.

When I was working on the Kaidan Campaign Book (now rumored to be in final layout) the Kalamar Campaign book was a definite influence.
