Thanks for the little bit of history Hard 8(always neat to have a backstory)... but I've just got to say that I was right!

Missing Monk info?

Under the secton discussing standard classes in Tellene, while psions and psyhic warriors are discussed, the monks are missing. In addition, no guidelines for monk worship are provided, although I'm thinking Powermaster. Deliberate omission or ?

On the KoK forums this has been addressed as a big "oops". The monk was not intentionally left out.

PS on d10000, I meant, I'm not sure if we published it in Kalamar PRIOR to the HackMaster GMG. But now that I think about it, I think at least one of the "Kalamar Quests" from circa 99-00 had a d10000 encounter table in it.
