Hey, all, my name is Ethan Parker, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Meeple-a-thon, Kansas City’s annual charity gaming convention. If you're unfamiliar with Meeple-a-thon, it's now in its 9th year. Meeple-a-thon brings together board games, card games, miniatures, RPGs, tournaments, classes, and a game library to support local communities in need in partnership with our charity partners.
This year, the convention is being held in Overland Park, KS, at the Overland Park Convention Center on Friday, November 14, through Sunday, November 16.
We are looking to expand the RPG footprint at this year’s event. If you know of anyone or can help us coordinate with interested parties, I would like to facilitate their submission of events through our website at meepleathon.com. We are also happy to coordinate special programming or highlight specific brands in our RPG space. We'll have over 30 RPG tables available this year, and I am trying to get the word out and put GMs and Players in those seats.
I’d be glad to discuss any potential partnerships, opportunities, or ways to integrate more of the RPG community into MaT.
