There was a conversion that didn't meet the conversion standards on the old ENworld conversion library (i.e. the converter was too liberal in making changes). The old conversion library was closed a few months ago. I downloaded it before that.
If it's not too big I might try to send it too you later (I am not at home now).
REally, however, I think that one is easy to do on the fly, at least if you're familar with the monster stats involved. I do remember that the converter cut down on the magic items available to meet 3e standards, and he reduced the size of the skeleton legion in the temple area (skeletons are more powerful in 3e).
