A preview of the cover to Friend and Foe: the Elves and Bugbears of Tellene is available (just click the link above)! The book should arrive in stores shortly after Christmas.

Looks good.

As the dark elves already have a sourcebook, does this book focus on the 'other' races of elves? Any in particular get a good shake down?

Page count and Price? Another hardcover similiar to Gnomes & Kobolds at 160 pages and $27.95 I believe?

Yes, this book is similar to Blood and Shadows: the Dark Elves of Tellene, but where that supplement dealt with the subterranean dark and twilight elves, this one deals with the surface elves (gray, high, wild and wood elves).

Also like the dark elf supplement, it includes history, culture, religion, social structure, new rules and prestige classes, and so on. And the same for bugbears, of course.

I'm not sure what the final page count tally was, other than it is at least 208 pages. It will definitely be a hardcover, and the retail price should be $29.99. I'll have more info once the PDF preview is up, and my production guy gets over his illness.

Ah, an even larger monster.

Looking forward to it. We haven't seen a lot of source material on Bugbears outside of a Slayer's Guide from Mongoose. (Gets back to reading Black Company by Green Ronin and eyes review pile with dread...)
