Have you ever encountered "keyed" spells which must be cast at the same time and/or within the same location in order to work?
What I have in mind is a low-level keyed divination spell (0th or 1st level) called "marsh sight" which only works if cast within the same marsh at the same time as another marsh sight spell. It provides a brief (one round) window between the two casters. The spell only lasts 1 min/level, so the timing between casters must be exact. It allows them to determine each other's general state of health (wounded, afraid, drowning, etc) and attempt one of the following each:
-cast any divination spell through the link
-speak a single sentence to the other caster
-Make a Survival check to determine which direction the other caster is
What would the appropriate spell level be?
