Do you have what it takes to survive the Rise?
The Apocalypse the Risen Campaign Setting thrusts you into the role of a resolute survivor, forging through the ashes of humanity on an Earth besieged by demons and the dead—known as Risen. 25 years after the collapse of society, humankind and their new allies now fight back, staggered and beaten but never broken.
Demons and the risen are not the only horrors of the world. Malevolent spirits, mutated abominations, and perhaps the worst monsters of all—desperate men and women willing to do anything to survive—all populate a landscape fraught with peril. But all is not lost. Colonies have formed as the living struggle to rebuild a semblance of the world before The Rise, establishing trade and creating alliances.
Is it the survival of your Colony that drives you onward in the hunt for precious resources? Or perhaps hatred for the evils walking the Earth that fuels your righteous anger seeking redemption?
Whether you are a Maverick dependent on your keen eye and uncanny reflexes, or a Splicer reliant on your ingenuity and ability to bridge magic and technology, there is one thing for certain. Those of Darkness watch… And they wait.
