One of the game stores I tend to pay attention to is Black Diamond Games in Concord, CA. I game with Gary, the owner, and have for over a decade, including before he threw his hat into the game store ring.
Now they are looking to increase their play area by building a mezzanine level. Here are the Kickstarter details. www.kickstarter.com/projects/2054776865/black-diamond-games-community-game-center-expansio
One of the rewards is a Pathfinder adventure I got to play as a "rough draft", so to speak. Amber Scott is now taking that as inspiration for a polished adventure with a great piece of cover art. For more about that you can read a little of the BDG's blog: http://blackdiamondgames.blogspot.com/2014/05/the-black-knight-and-his-quest.html
There are of course other rewards and reasons to back the effort and hopefully you'll be interested enough to check it out for yourself.
