Killing Eve, how can a tv show start so great and then become so bad after two seasons?
We only watched two episodes of season 4 before quitting on it.
So maybe I lucked out by never making it around to watching Season 3? I meant to for years. When I first tried Killing Eve I watched all of Season 1 in a day. And then I watched all of Season 2 the next day!
Any show will go downhill once Phoebe Waller-Bridge isn't writing for it, but I thought that, by the end of the series, it had recovered from its rough patch. There were moments where it felt like the writers couldn't remember who was in the conspiracy and who wasn't, but they got it together by the end.
I can't remember the show well enough to comment on s3 specifically, but my general memory is that it started off well, dipped in the middle, and got better towards the end). But honestly, that's just a vague impression--it was ages ago!
This is why I never started that show. Someone told me it was amazing the first few seasons, and then it gets really bad. Nothing I hate more than putting in time on a show that’s going to just get worse as time goes on.
