I live in Florida, so would that be an incentive?
I'm afraid that I wouldn't be able to make it. I live in a warm weather state already so going to Florida on 12/25 is not much of an incentive for me.
Do people like walnut log rolls, if so can someone driving pick up a few at a gas stop in GA?
I am also alergic to walnuts so, I think the log rolls are a bit of a turn off too.
I can fit 20 people in my house is that enough room?
That should be enough to get started. If it gets larger check with some of the local hotels, lots of times they have small meeting rooms that will handle 50 or so. They usually aren't very expensive.
How much to get in....or free with a kiss?
I would go with $5 to start with, unless the attendee is of the opposite sex (or same sex if you're into that) then try for the kiss.
Who should be the guest of honor?
I say, go with the best known person you can get for free (maybe offer free food and lodging and make them sleep on your couch.) If that doesn't work check with the local Hooter's, some of the girls will do side 'modeling' jobs. I am sure plenty of male RPGers will show up to have their picture taken with a hooters girl
Just RPG's or all kind of games etc...?
Start with the RPG's unless you get a huge call for something else. Later when the con becomes an international event (you know when Morrus decides to visit) you can expand to other games and hobbies.
Yep!! A motto is a must, make it something dynamic and eye catching. Something people would want to wear on a T-shirt.
Well, those are my thoughts. I hope it helps.
