For every three creatures in the group being tracked, you subtract 1 from this DC, so your current Survival DC for tracking is 14. Every 24 hours since the trail was made will increase the DC by +1. If it rains, you will add +1 to the DC for every hour of rain. If it snows, +10. Luckily, since it's nearly the end of winter it has a reduced chance of snowing.
