KingPaul,
Quick question on dataset compatiblity between versions.

Would a 5.8 dataset work with the latest 5.10 series?

It really depends on the specific content of the dataset. Things that cause errors are when a tag is updated or deprecated in the alpha stage. Generally if you load an older dataset in a newer version you will see error messages reported in the console if there are outdated tags. The code team has gotten really goodabout that these days and i expect that all such problems will have an informative error massage in the 5.10 to 5.12 transition.

There was also a lot of work done in the gameMode files between 5.8 and 5.10 so if your set has it's own gameMode (i.e. you are not using a 5.10 gameMode) you will need to update that as well.

If you are using the CMP datasets, I got enough errors that I didn't upgrade until they did. YMMV.
