Hello all. I’ve been lurking for a couple of years and finally decided to register. I’ve been playing Dungeons & Dragons since 2000 (3.X Edition) and I must say that I’m sorely disappointed in the new edition (4E).
I also have experience with True 20 and Castles & Crusades. For about a year I’ve been gaming with a side group that’s using C&C with the 3E Realms fluff. We’ve been playing through some classic Realms modules and also using certain C&C modules interspersed and we’ve having a total blast! My character is 12th level Half-Orc Paladin (GM allowed) and kicks major arse.
I’ve also played Traveller 20 and Palladium. I admit to liking Traveller 20 as we had a campaign that lasted an entire year (real time). Palladium needs much improvement before my group goes back to it; it only lasted two sessions.
Anyway, just popped in to say hello and I look forward to getting to know all of you through your posts.
