Has WotC ever done any D&D conversions for Curston or the Knights? I haven't been able to find anything, which seems like a strange oversight; how is this going to be a gateway product if they don't ever connect it explicitly to gaming?

My daughter and I have read the first 3 so far. In reading each book, my daughter has asked me questions like "What's an owlbear?" "What's an orc? What's a goblin? What's a doppleganger? Half-Orc?" etc etc etc. I've pulled down my monster manuals, PHB and WotC minis and we've gone through each. She finds the whole thing very cool so far and really likes the books. We sent away for the special silver dragon mini and joined the club and everything.

So far it's been quite gateway as we've had to reverence all the core books a few times for every KotSD book we've read.

I haven't been able to find them yet in my local Barnes & Noble (for shame, B&N!), so I apologize for the dumb question, but are there any stats in the book, or is it 100 percent YA novel?
