I'm helping my neighbor try to find a Marine officers sword in as top condition as possible for our other neighbor.
He is a retired Marine officer and his health is getting bad, etc... So something the family and friends are trying to do is to replace the sword he sold back when finances weren't so great so he can be buried with it.
However, no one is rich enough to buy him a brand new one. Plus none of them are "internet literate" or savy, etc... So I have decided to put the word out on the various message boards and lists my wife and I are on and see if anyone can help us find an "affordable" authentic Marine Officers sword.
So if you know anyone who may have one in their family, and be willing to part with it to help out another families personal crisis/need please let me know.
