Knowledge: Local?

The way I run Knowledge (Local) is to equate it to a travel-guide-level knowledge. You don't know much of the history of a city (K: History), or how the geography affects the weather (K: Geography), or the specific style of the buildings (K: Architecture & Engineering). But with a high enough result, you damn sure knows where to get the best roasted pork for an affordable price!

I make it apply to all places. If the character is unfamiliar with a region, I simply increase the DC, no need to spend skill points in lots of different places.
