Actually, that's not quite true. It says that those who succeed on either of the Fort saves are "are nonetheless disabled by choking (treat as stunned) for 5d4 rounds." I think it hardly requires a huge stretch for a DM to rule that in order to choke, a creature must be breathing.Taraxia said:By RAW, no, it doesn't.
