Sage of the Scarred Lands
The most fecund and well documented high level characters, in the Scarred Lands, are probably the ones that not only own land but control a wide area. In terms of over all population, Ghelspad numbers about 15 million, Termana 12 million. (This is only for the civilized nations, not wilds as they are not easy to pin down.) No idea for Asherak and Fenrilik. So overall we have 27 million on two continents. Not a lot of people but hey that's how you make your bread and butter, forging new places to live. If you can.
