Kobolds Ate My Baby!

Whizbang Dustyboots

Gnometown Hero
Is this product line dead? I haven't seen any of it for sale on the Web any more, and the official 9th Level Web site, which has always had massive problems with links being broken, doesn't seem to have any new content relating to the game in ages.

I suppose I could just use D&D to play this, but I really enjoyed the flavor and the silliness of this line.

I have no idea what this thread is about, but with such a great title, I wanted to be part of it.

A link maybe?

Kobolds ate my baby is one of the more entertaining games I've ever played at a Con.

The general gist is that you are all Kobolds. When we played, there was going to be a great kobold feast, and we were sent out to bring back the best delicacy of all. Human babies. If we didn't come back with them, then we'd be the main course. So off we went to kidnap human babies from the nearby town.

Except occaisionally one of us would need or want to eat one of the babies before we could bring it back. And if we ate it in front of the humans, the GM would stand up and shout, "Kobolds ate my baby!".

Good fun. :)

Considering the fact that I've been working on the cover this week I'd have to say that it isn't dead.

I _really_ need to finish that cover and ship it over to John.

Awesome!! Great news. I love Kobolds. It's hysterically funny. Nothing more fun than playing a kobold whose only possessions are a pot helmet and some belly button lint, running around madly stealing babies. Not to mention having to announce that you're going to the bathroom, forgetting to do so, and coming back to the table to be told "Roll up a new kobold".

A friend of mine took the invisibility rules very seriously and rolled his dice with his toes so his kobold wouldn't accidentally become visible.
