In KotS they are only hinted in one place, where the party might not even look.But in case one does need to break up the mold, one could make the white dragon to the one in Kobold Hall, who doesn't simply attack but demands the equipment and treasure of the party. In case the dragon survives he gathers his kobolds and hunts the party down, in case he is dead the kobold tribe takes revenge. Possibly, the dragon could be raised from the dead or made into a minor dracolich and harass the party further...</blockquote>
