Teen Titans...
Arsenal/Speedy - Fighter with ranged feats + PrC based on uber-ranged-ness
Beast Boy - High Level Druid... with a wisdom too low to cast spells?
Cyborg - Warforged Warlock / Incarnate
Kid Flash/Impulse - Choker Monk? Hard to pull off Super-speed in D&D.
Nightwing - slightly lower level version of the Bat
Raven - There has been at least half a dozen Shadow-based PrCs released since 3e came out...
Robin - lower level version of the Bat
Starfire - similiar build to Superman.
Superboy (Conner Kent) - See Superman build. Powers explained as "Tactile Telekinesis" though... I don't think he has Heat Vision.
Tempest/Aqualad - Sea Elf Sorc.
Terra - Earth control... nothing coming to mind atm.
Wonder Girl (Cassie Sandsmark) - VoP Monk Kensai + whip? (despite it not being a "simple weapon", only the most hardheaded DM would deny you a few pieces of twisted leather)
Wonder Girl (Donna Troy) - Not familiar enough with her to give a build seperate from Cassie's.
I'm sure I'm missing half a dozen more fringe Titans... but I should be sleeping
