Kudos to Crystal Caste!!

After the unfortunate demolishing of my BattleHive (it was gnawed strapless by my fearsome Advanced border collie), I searched the Crystal Caste web site to order a replacement strap.

Alas, no such product is sold.

I emailed Crystal Caste to see about getting a replacement strap, and they sent me one for free.

Free. Such a beautiful word.

So, I guess you know which vendor is getting my dice money at this year's GenCon!

Just wanted to let everyone know what a great company they are. In the days of spotty customer service, they really went above & beyond the call of duty. Thanks, Crystal Caste!

I will second these Kudos...when I ordered some dice and they were late...So my girlfriend called fully expecting them to give her a run around, but they were really helpfull and even sent me a battlemat cause they messed up my order. They act as if they really value every one of their customers.

Their d4s don't roll well for you? Chessex dice never roll well me--I have given away all sets of Chessex dice I ever bought.

My girlfriend bought me some sweet Hematite dice from Crystal Caste and they arrived very quickly considering they had to come up to Canada (something like 1.5 weeks).

I also ordered my battlemap from them about a year and a half ago--they had the double-sided (one side hex, the other square) WAY before Chessex did.

I couldn't be happier with their service or product.

I really want thos lapis dice they make, but they're so expensive, I may have to settle for a "lesser" variety.

I agree that I like the Chessex d4's better. It's not that they roll better; the numbering is easier to read with the numbers at the top.
