Kudos to Your Games Now

I just wanted to publicly thank Joseph Browning at YourGamesNow.com for his amazingly quick response to a problem I had with a purchase at his co-op. I purchased Shadows of a Forsaken Past by Paradigm Concepts, but when I down loaded my purchase I instead recieved In the Shadow of the Devil, also by Paradigm Concepts.

I reported this to the site around 11 pm EST and within 30 minutes I received an email from Joseph Browning personally and the mismatched file had been corrected.

I am a firm believer in professionalism and customer service. Joseph has proven to me that his business model of a publsihers co-op is not only a great idea that I can firmly get behind, but also he has the ability give me the kind of service that I require to spend my hard earned dollars with his business. I highly recommend that if your favorite publisher is one of the members of Your Games Now co-op that you frequent that retailer from now on for all your .pdf business.

My experiences buying from Expeditious Retreat Press and at Your Games Now have been fantastic.

If I could sort by manufacturer at YGN, I'd use it. Searching for every 0one Games' Blueprint individually (after looking it up on another site) is annoying.

It is searchable by publisher. That's how I got to the Paradigm Concepts products. There is a tool on the right side of the page that lets you select by manufacturer, and I know 0one games is there. It's the last one on the list.
