Less so for characters without such restrictions. It's more about how poison is used. If it is used in combat against a dangerous monster, it wouldn't be considered an evil act. And, yes, since Falen used it against the Loyalists who were using poison against the PCs and guards, it wasn't considered an evil act.Now, Rockhorn used it to kill an enemy (or rival) who wasn't threatening anyone with violence, that would be an evil act. Probably. Using it against Phelix It is a grey area.Note that the <a href="https://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Poison_(Spell)" target="_blank">Poison</a> spell does not have the EVIL descriptor, although it is a Necromacy spell.Anyway, time for lunch.</blockquote>
