I was going to do each person individually but some of the spells affect multiple people. Each round, I'm counting down duration which means I have to edit the spell durations multiple times for each person. Bless, for instance, affects everyone. If I just list Bless and everyone it affects, I just have to edit that duration once. If I write bless on all 8 characters, I have to edit the duration in 8 different places on the post. It gets long and tedious to do. OtOH, if I say, "Akos, Tim, Spritewing and Mute Knight each have Sustain cast on them for 48 hours and each of you jot that down on the top of your posts, I can forget about it and let you guys track your own buffs. For example, if Akos casts a buff on Vitus, I just jot it down as something on my character sheet and track it. I don't really expect you to have to track it for me. But I keep a running mini-sheet that I update on every IC post so it's easier for me to do. That said, Knightfall already tracks everyone's buffs on the initiative order so I'm doubling up. And, to be clear, I'm not complaining (too much) - I have the time to do it - it's mostly that I'm experimenting to find something that works well for everyone. I don't want to belabour the issue too much. It's just that, if people are forgetting to track their buffs, then it's a waste of an action for me to buff other people. I will change my tactics and only self-buff and focus on crowd control or something. I just think we have plenty of offensive power so I wanted to focus more on survivability and utility.
