Fire burns a hole in the Confessor's leggings and blisters his skin.</p><p></p><p>[OOC]</p><p>There isn't enough room between Crisenth and the elemental for it to charge the Confessor. Also, if the elemental tries to get into a flanking position, then Phre will get an AoO. I'm assuming you don't want to risk that.
