The wounds to it are grievous, however. It staggers on its legs.The dragonblooded knight's longsword cuts a deep wound in the spider that is climbing on the wall in front of him. While the spider is hurt badly, it doesn't die from the first blade strike. Litrix swings his blade again and nearly cut the spider in half. It hangs dead from the webs for a moment until it falls on the webbed ground in front of Litrix and Angus.The webs that were underneath it begin to cover the dead spider as they move on the gorund. They do seem to be alive, or magically animated in some way. The webs crawl up the wall in front of Litrix. It is as if they want to reach out and grab the dragonblooded human.</blockquote>
