So if some idiot went and accidentally ignored a thread (via the thread tools up top) trying to do something else how would said idiot go about fixing his mistake? AKA How do I un ignore a thread?

Good question ... I have a feeling that if you could get a link to the thread you could visit it directly. And maybe un-ignore it there in the thread tools dropdown?

Completely impossible. I missed all of The Kobold's Captive because of that.

You can't unignore (at least, I don't know how), but you can subscribe to a thread that you have ignored and you'll be able to access it through your subscription thread.
