I plan on living forever. Or die trying.
Erm, I just got some extra work and will probably not start anything before the end of June.

I'm also trying to get my former DM into PbP so he may have take over the adventure or write his own series. I mentioned how poor we are without DMs and judges...
Son of Meepo, is there any point in submitting the adventure if they don't get approved due to lack of judges? Should I submit it and then start without waiting for confirmation?

Rules questions:

Someone grants to a warlock adjacent to an enemy RBA. RBA normally provokes. Does this granted attack provokes?
Somewhat related to that, can OA attack be interrupted? (normally you cannot use immediates on your turn, but not sure whether enemy OA counts as part of characters turn)

Yes, the granted attack provokes. The rules about provoking make no qualifications about whose turn it is, and I'm assuming the warlord's power doesn't make any explicit exception to the general rule about how OAs are provoked.

If you provoke an OA when it's not your turn (Warlord grants you an attack or movement) you CAN interrupt the OA that you yourself triggered. The only limitations on using immediate powers are that they can't be used on your own turn and you only get one immediate action per round.

If I manage to find the time...I am on vacation from July 1st, but have to sit on the kids at home until 15th...then I'm free for a month :) So I will have the time to spell it out :) Start can be expected sometimes at the end of July.

I know what it will be and you might like it...NOT! Ignatz will have to bathe :)

Ignatz is a man of the sea, he loves bathing in the briny depths.

Gotta say though right when I thought Ignatz was gonna get his self an adventure and didn't, Voda hit the brakes on the exciting conclusion of his adventure, and so I got myself all psyched up and then didn't get to play at all for like two weeks. :p

Soooo is getting into 4E PBP on this here forum easy to do? I read the Charter...but I am a bit nervous about giving it a go.

And for those curious: I work from home so my posting schedule would be daily :p

If you know the rules for 4e, you're all set, just make a characte and enter the tavern. The rules specific to living worlds are few and are generally agreements on few details that are different from the Points of Light.

The tavern looks kinda dead. Entering the tavern does what, exactly? Signal to the DMs of the board that a new player is available I assume? I am not used to this format exactly. The only other PBP I have done is on the Pathfinder Boards.

It's "kinda dead" because two groups of adventurers went out not a month ago. Yes, to be chosen for the adventure your character has to be in the tavern as all recruiting happens there. There is also a page on wiki with current patrons (not sure how current it is)

Hi gang :)

First of all, I want to apologize. I used to be a player here on L4W a long time ago but unfortunately because of some big rl issues, I dropped out of my games. I have regretted that ever since and I am sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused in the past. Hopefully, not too much.

That being said, I finally have some time to invest in a PBP game again and wanted to see if I could return to this awesome community, although I understand completely if I am not welcomed and should seek elsewhere for some great PBP. So what do you guys say ?

Thanks for taking the time to read this, Atriden.

No you can't return, you've committed terrible crimes, go away.

He he just kidding! Welcome back jump right in!

Hehe, for a second there you got me worried ;-). If anyone else doesn't have objections, I will make a character later today :-D... By the way, thanks :).
