Language-Based Feats

Urklore

First Post
Hello All. I have recently started using the optional rule for languages from the Kingdoms of Kalamar book. I thought I remember reading somewhere (qull and ink or the song and silence) of a language feat that allows you to take 2 ranks in a language for every rank you spend. Or maybe it was more than that, or maybe it was 2 languages for ever one. Does anyone remember such a feat listed somewhere?

Are you thinking of the standard PH language rules? You speak one language for every 2 skill points spent.

Unless of course if you're a bard ... as they have Speak Languages as a class-skill and can speak an additional language per 1 point spent.

He's using the optionbal language role from KoK. So, the above does not apply. I don't recall seeing a feat in the Players Guide to KoK that does what you ask, but you might want to look there. THere are many feats in that book.
