Large and In Charge (Where do I find this feat?)

IIRC, it let a Large or bigger creature, when successfully making a successful AoO against a creature Medium-size or small entering its threatened area, knock the creature back 5' in addition to doing damage. I could be wrong, but thats the gist of it, I think.

And it is foolish that it was put there apart from the other feats. I recall having this exact same conversation with a friend of mine a year ago (literally, the conversation basically went "What is it? Where is it? It's in S&F? No it isn't. Oh there is it. It's stupid to place it there. What did it do again? It did this.")

Sword & Fist was a source book for Core PHB warriors at the time it was released. The whole section for monstrous fighters was at the time aimed mostly at DM's as monstrous pc's were only roughly touched upon in the DMG. As the feats in that section could only be taken by monsters, that's where they were put: in the monstrous fighters section, so as not to confuse others as to why feats were in there that they couldn't take.

Seems silly now, but Sword & Fist was their first stab at a splatbook and they were still making mistakes.
