Large independent D20 publishers

I dont think Paradigm as a LARGE d20 publisher. Fantasy Flight Games, Mongoose, Kenzer, and White Wolfs line I consider the larger ones. There are several publishers I consider "the best of the small" which Paradigm, Troll Lord, and Malhavoc are included.

Bastion has a book every month now and I consider Malhavoc big 'cause it goes through SSS.
