I don't recall seeing any, but I'd use the rules for a net.

... Why? 3.5 doesn't have called shots anyway. It'd probably be something like a touch attack to entangle an opponent, like a net.

It'd be cool to be able to lasso someone's hand or weapon or something. I guess in that sense you could use it for a disarm.

My guess would be that a lasso would be a hybrid of the rules for a net, whip, and bolas...

Without any of the damage, you mean? I've heard of someone using a lasso with Use Rope.

That would be even better... 'cause that way you dont need Exotic Weapon Proficiency
