Last Potter Picture to be adapted into two

So that's two theatrical releases for my wife & I, plus the purchase of two DVDs to fill out our collection ... not to mention the six month wait for the rest of the story ...

Color me unpleased.

And twice for the DVD. Seems to me that they're trying to ensure they get the most out of a franchise that has been a success, and which is nearing the end. Kind of like talk about breaking the Hobbit book into two movies.

From what I have heard on the grapevine, the first film is all Hobbit while the second film is an attempt to fill the gap between the end of the Hobbit story and the start of LOTR story.
