Latest _active_ STL list?

I've got two bounced emails on my latest STL (which FINALLY started working for me again...). So, I'm planning on deleting my list, and starting from scratch.

Who's maintaining the list? For some dumb reason, Amazon won't let you figure out WHICH of your STL friends are no longer valid, so I have no way of determining who is bouncing.
