Latest News Sidebar

Would it be possible to have the new side bar item "Latest News" work like the other side bars ie. turned off when the user has Side Bar turned off?

Oh, is it not? It was supposed to be. I must have made a mistake setting it up. Ill fix it asap.

I figured maybe it was a new choice in the user CP to turn it off, but there wasn't anything there, so I turned side bars back on, and then turned them off again to see if that changed anything and it didn't. Don't know if that info is helpful but I figured it couldn't hurt.
