other ones use Repulsion, then Attraction ( (I)cone )
R like Relationship,
I like Influence
Relationship is for Good people,
while
Influence is ( or should be ) for Evil ones

Hit Point Levels :
say you have 10 HPL, you impervious to damage less than 10;
if hit for 10 dmg to 18 dmg you drop to 9 HPL;
if from 10 HPL and hit for 19 dmg you drop to 8 HPL

then, if dropped to HPL 8, they only need 8 dmg to drop you to HPL 7

and so on
