Round 151

Glum's final attempt is pathetic. (Rolled 8) He is very depressed as he falls to the ground, dying.

The ape flies to 25N25E, 20 feet high, facing W. He heals to 23 hp.

Round 152: Glum is defeated!

Next up for LE: a wererat. (MM)

With evil chuckles falling from the gallery, Templeton the Wererat darts into the arena looking every bit the weasel (ironic?). Apparently a mix between a giant rat and a cast member of train spotting, he draws his rapier while moving to 40N 25E and readies an attack to stab the flying ape.

With his tail a-twitching, he says "C'mere ya big ape." Templeton's unoriginal humor turns the chuckles to groans.

Round 152

Bat-ape lands at 25N5E, pounds his chest, and glowers intently at Templeton, ready for action.

He heals back up to 26 hp.

Round 153

The ape swings and misses as Templeton approaches. (Rolled 6)

Templeton's rapier bounces off the ape's hide. (Rolled 11+2 for charge = 13)

Round 154:

Bat-ape hits with both claws! (Rolled 18, 16 & 7) The wounds immediately heal!

The claws tighten their grip! (Rolled 21 vs. 12 grapple check)

Squashed against the ape, Templeton sputters "Nasty ape man need a bath." For now, templeton just tries to take a bite rather than escape the grapple.

Templeton is now in Bat-ape's square at 25N5E.

The bite misses! (Rolled 17-4 for grapple = 13)

Round 155:

The ape pounds and scratches with its claws. (Rolled 17 vs. 4 grapple check)

The wounds heal immediately!

OOC: It may be worth it just stay put and get this ape out of here...but I'm not a fan of the passive approach...

Templeton, reeling from ape b.o., and ticked that he can't hit, tries to break the grapple and move 10' from the ape.
