OOC: What would K's DR be in 3.5? DR10 or DR5/magic?

Buzzing into the arena is an insectoid creature with a dark bluish-purple carapace and a long serrated snout. It has a small head, long, spindly legs, and wicked looking claws. Flaaping it's dragon-fly-esque wings, it keeps an eye on the giant while climbing to 110n 55e 30z.

OOC: Q - can you "run" while flying, such that K here could "run" to climb to 110n 100e 75z?

OOC: You can only run up while flying if you have perfect maneuverability. Otherwise, because your movement rate is halved, it is considered "difficult terrain", and you cannot run in difficult terrain. This is yet another thing I learned from my participation in TBoAA.

OOC: The DR has been converted to 10/silver or good. K also gains the feat Quicken Spell-like Ability (wither limb).

Round 736: Osama charges to 100N35E and pokes at K with his spear. He hits (rolled 34+2) for 26-10=16. K has 17 hp left.

Ow. Agent K takes a total defense Std action, then moves to 100n 80e 80z.

Flying at a 60 degree angle with a speed of 60 results in an ending position of 110N70E55Z.

Osama hits with the AoO (rolled 39). K takes 29-10=19 and falls to the ground dying. He takes 8 points of falling damage and dies.

OOC: No, he hates xorn instead.

Round 737: Osama moves to 20N35E.

This might compress things: I'm sure Mr. Big will be a missile tossing goon, but better that than the 30' reach. Abe will circle 40' above Osama, and keep using his drone attack every time it's available, rather than risk getting up close and personal.

OOC: Let's just have him hover so we know his position when something new comes in. Osama has run out of rocks anyway.

Round 738: Osama moves to 0N0E.

Abe lowers to 5N5E50Z and buzzes. Osama fails to dodge and takes 25. He has 124 hp left.

Round 740: Abe does it again. Osama fails to dodge, takes 29, and leaves.

Next up for N is a dragonbone golem. (Draconomicon) PJS will tell you how it deals with Abe.

The golem acts first in round 741. Abe can buzz again in round 742.

Round 741: What appears to be a large skeleton of a dragon enters the arena. Upon further inspection, however, it is not a single skeleton, but many dragon bones wired together to form the appearance of a gruesome dragon skeleton.
