(Undead leadership is from Libris Mortis. As Leadership, but leadership score is +2 to get undead cohorts/followers and -4 for living cohorts/followers)

I'd say, that you can benefit only from one of them.

I'd say that you can take both, but you only have one Leadership score, so there is still the same limit for how many followers you can have (and only one cohort). So why would you want to do that? I'd rule that if you have both, you get the +2 to Leadership for undead without the -4 for non-undead, the best of both worlds.
