Yah I had both those sections set up the way you're showing, but they weren't showing up at all and were throwing everything from that point on out of sync with the rest of the template. Deleting them was the only way I could get the sheet back on track from alignment on down.

I chose against more stringent formating for two reasons:
- I wanted something a bit more concise, like the MM statblocks
- Power formats are not consistent and keep on changing.

As an example, there are several powers that have multiple Effects (e.g., Effect: You may shift one square. Attack: Do something. Effect: You explode). Similarly, adding summoning powers requires different formatting to add their multiple actions. The L4W sheet doesn't have these and it would be/will be a bear add (you cannot have multiple Effects on the L4W sheet nor will it handle summoning). And, each time WotC adds some new wrinkle, you'd need to change it. So, you have two choices:
- Try to anticipate every possible permutation/combination of Effect, Hit, Miss, etc. lines
- Just let the user format it.
I chose option 2, as humans are much better at this thing and it requires less maintenance.

Aha well then in light of this knowledge your decision is the exact one I would have made.

See what happens when you ask questions, all the sudden decisions are made clear!

Thanks for all the info, I like the idea of a serious and connected little caster. Gnome it is!

Now to start building...

What book is the Necromancer in?
None. There is no 4E PC necromancer. There are some necromancy-like powers for wizards and warlocks and others (there is a Dragon article about such), but no general necromancer.

There *may* be when the Shadow power source comes up, but so far, none.

Okay, the final major bits of the Wiki are done:
- Designing Treasure Rewards for adventures
- Handing out Rewards for adventures
- Player and DM Rewards, aka, RPs.

That should do it for the major administrivia parts of the wiki. Please have a look to make sure everything is clear.

This doesn't mean the wiki is done: its a living thing. More characters, setting material, rules, adventures, etc. will be added. :)

Now, go propose some adventures! :)
